Djeina Haruta began violin and piano lessons at age 6. She has received her Bachelors Degree from  Kishinev Music Conservatory in Moldova, where she studied violin and piano, and Masters Degree from Mannes College of New York, where she also studied viola. Djeina is founder and leader of Harmonia String Quartet that appeared at Rachael Ray show for Valentine’s Day. She is also a violinist in

Adelphi University Symphony Orchestra and Jupiter Symphony Orchestra.

Ms. Djeina believes that her education and years of teaching experience helps her to bring out the best in each student. She works on developing her students' technique and musicality while teaching them to be well-rounded musicians.
