VIOLIN TEACHER, PIANO TEACHER
Aaron Stewart is a passionate violinist, violist, and dedicated music educator who has been playing violin since the age of four. Originally from Naples, Florida, Aaron studied Music Performance and International Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa and earned his Suzuki Teaching Certification from the American Suzuki Association, giving him a strong foundation in both performance and pedagogy.
Aaron has extensive experience working with young string players, having taught in schools as a violin and viola specialist, leading sectionals, and teaching private lessons. Now based in Brooklyn, New York, he focuses primarily on private instruction, where he combines his deep musical knowledge with a warm, engaging teaching style.
He is passionate about helping students build confidence and strong technique from the very beginning, while also making lessons fun and motivating. Aaron prepares students for recitals, exams, auditions, and long-term musical growth, tailoring his approach to fit each child’s unique learning style. His Suzuki training emphasizes step-by-step skill development, listening, and musicality—creating a supportive environment where students thrive.
Aaron’s goal is to help every student develop not just their playing skills, but also a lifelong love of music through consistent encouragement, clear goals, and joyful learning experiences.
