Originally from South Africa, Naledi Masilo is a dynamic vocalist and passionate teaching artist who loves sharing the joy of music with students of all ages. A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, Naledi Masilo brings extensive teaching experience to every lesson, having worked with many students across the United States.
In addition to an impressive performance career—which includes appearances at Madison Square Garden and sharing the stage with renowned composer Hans Zimmer—Naledi Masilo is deeply committed to music education. With a background in jazz and contemporary music, she weave the vibrant rhythms and stories of her South African heritage into her teaching, creating a unique and inspiring learning experience.
Naledi Masilo has also contributed to curriculum design for leading music education initiatives, including Carnegie Hall’s Musical Explorers program. Her teaching style focuses on building strong vocal technique, confidence, and musical expression, while preparing students for recitals, exams, and auditions in a supportive and engaging environment.
